Wilson Middle School Visits the Downtown Museum of Contemporary Art January 27, 2010
Our “Tigers Forever” group went to see the works of artist Tara Donovan who uses items like Styrofoam cups, paper plates, toothpicks, pins and paper to create her sculptures. After viewing and learning about the artist they used similar items to create their own works of art. Frank Arrington, Paul Hartley, Jennifer Perkins and Jennifer Martino accompanied the students.
