Past President Mike Morton hosted the Tigers Forever group at his Brigantine Restaurant in Pt. Loma this past Wednesday. The 6th, 7th and 8th graders from Wilson Middle School learned about the restaurant business and how Mike started his chain of 13 restaurants.
The Tigers joined the chef in the filleting of a salmon, chose their luncheon entre from a specially printed menu and took home a "Brigantine" baseball cap. Rotarians Jen Martino, Jennifer Perkins, Frank Arrington, Paul Hartley & Hank Killmar joined the festive occasion.
